For the next two Sundays we will be at Lululemon Athletica Chapel St running free classes. For all you early morning risers start your Sunday at 8.15am with an early morning stretch. Learn new exercises to improve general flexibility and range of motion in the hips and lower limbs, back and shoulders. Then at 9.30am try out your hula hooping talents and learn circus manipulation skills. Great for coordination and toning the abs and arms. A guaranteed morning of fun and flexibility!
