This 1.5 hour intensive flexibility workshop taught by Lauren Skopal from Limber Sports Performance will run through Rhythmic Gymnastics based training methods for improving flexibility and core strength. Target areas include the hips, lower limbs, back and shoulders.  You will come away with a great flexibility regime you can use each week to stay fit and flexible.

 As well as her extensive experience in Rhythmic Gymnastics Lauren has completed her Honours degree in Exercise & Sports Science at Deakin University, researching flexibility and power training for dancers. She looks forward to sharing her training tips with everyone at Kylie J's Studio!
