LIMBER SPORTS PERFORMANCE offers unique forms of training based on gymnastics, dance and pilates training methods. Our specialist areas include flexibility training, pilates, our very own handstand method for adults and children and aerial strength training. Currently we offer personal training, nutritional advice and specialist workshops in Melbourne Australia and Stuttgart Germany. We have the most highly qualified trainers in their specialist areas with backgrounds in exercise science, gymnastics, pilates, ballet & circus (see The Team). At Limber we recognise that Females & Males for the most part benefit from different styles of training and thus we have both Female and Male specific flexibility training programs. Our Female training programs always focus on building flexibility and strength in a manner that lengthens muscles to create beautiful slim, feminine bodies with great posture. Our Male training programs improve range of motion, core strength and posture while releasing tight muscles created from athletic and gym workouts.
